Professional network engineer and VoIP expert with over 10 years experience in architecture, design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of networks, automation, and phone systems including Contact Center analytics, recording, and reporting.
I primarily use Cisco Meraki for network projects due to their robust API. I have posted a few examples on my Github page. This includes a clever way to update multiple sites using network tags in the organization. Github

SEPTEMBER 2020 – Present
- Implement network installation and support of new business acquisitions to standardize according to corporate policies.
- Identify gaps from new business acquisitions to determine needs of existing infrastructure and acquire new, more secure hardware to satisfy industry needs.
- Coordinate and manage 3rd party vendors to install cable needs from the identified gaps in new acquired business infrastructure.
- Build-out of new corporate headquarters in downtown Dallas, Texas, for 250+ employees. Design wireless layout and network stack for multiple floors connected through fiber optic. Implement firewalls and configuration.
- Create and manage API scripts for Cisco Meraki devices to standardize implementation of 300+ acquired businesses.
- Support and troubleshoot all aspects of networking from local LAN to WAN infrastructure.
- Build-out of Azure environments for a more standardized method of communication between acquisition locations and central Azure hub utilizing Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto and Zscaler for connectivity.
- Lead engineer for Zscaler configuration, onboarding and troubleshooting newly migrated acquisitions including non-standard corporate software and telephony systems to allow a smooth transition while acquisition migrates to standardized software policies.

- Design, architect, and support a ShoreTel/Mitel PBX powered cloud solution for multi-tenant, subscription based, hosted phone systems using VMWare cluster and in-house developed SIP solutions from the ground up.
- Design, architect, and support private cloud PBX solution for 3500-seat customer spanning 285 locations across 20 states and 5 time zones.
- Design and support premise based Mitel PBX along with Contact Center and mobile solutions for customers ranging from 25 to 3000 users as well as assisting with network configurations.

- Developed metrics and personalized training materials for employees. Managed customer relationships and coaching of employees with customer interactions. Oer Level 3 support escalation of tickets and troubleshooting for on-premise phone systems. Design on-premise PBX systems and interfacing with customers to build call flow and logic for multiple vertical markets in the Phoenix area, including law firms, doctor oces and government associated businesses.
